Appointment Setter

Job Overview: We're looking for motivated Appointment Setters who are passionate about helping people, providing solutions, and growing both personally and professionally. At BLANDO.COM, our mission is to help people succeed in real estate investing by providing the education, tools, resources, and expert guidance they need to make smarter investment decisions. As an Appointment Setter, you'll play a key role in generating leads, qualifying them, understand their goals, identify their challenges, and discover how our real estate solutions can help them move forward.
Key Responsibilites:
Prospect and generate sales leads.
Contact, engage, and qualify prospective clients.
Schedule and conduct sales consultations with qualified prospects.
Understand client goals, challenges, and needs to recommend the right solutions.
Address questions, overcome objections, and close sales.
Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships throughout the sales process.
Manage leads, appointments, and opportunities through our CRM.

Qualifications:
Minimum 2+ years of lead generation experience.
C1 english or better.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Salary Range: $2,000 - $4,000 USD/mo
