This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with strong research instincts and a sharp, methodical mind. No specific academic background or prior AI experience required — just an ability to find reliable information and evaluate it critically.

What You'll Do
Research topics online to verify AI-generated claims, facts, and information
Cross-reference AI outputs against authoritative and reliable sources
Flag inaccuracies, outdated data, and unsupported claims with clear documentation
Cover a broad range of subjects — from science, history, and culture to technology, current events, and beyond
Provide structured, detailed feedback using provided evaluation tools
Complete task-based assignments independently on your own schedule
Who You Are
Strong research skills — you know how to find credible sources and evaluate their reliability
Naturally skeptical and thorough — you don't take claims at face value
Detail-oriented with a consistent, systematic approach to verifying information
Clear and concise written communicator
Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
No prior AI, journalism, or academic research experience required
Nice to Have
Background in research, journalism, academia, library science, or communications
Experience with source verification, data analysis, or investigative work
Broad general knowledge across multiple subject areas
Familiarity with fact-checking methodologies or research databases
