Working closely with teams across Risk, Credit, Collections, Compliance, Technology, Marketing, and Data, you will balance customer needs with business performance and regulatory requirements. You will drive product decisions through experimentation and measurable outcomes, optimizing the customer journey while managing credit risk and profitability.
