Role Description The Web Developer will design, build, and maintain responsive, user-friendly web applications that support client business goals and digital products. In this full-time remote role, the Web Developer will implement front-end interfaces, integrate back-end services and APIs, and ensure performance, security, and reliability across web solutions. Day-to-day work includes translating requirements into clean, efficient code, collaborating with designers and project managers, and troubleshooting technical issues throughout the development lifecycle. The role also involves optimizing existing systems, contributing to technical documentation, and following modern web standards, version control practices, and code review processes.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Front-End Development and Web Design skills, including experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, responsive layouts, and usability best practices.
Candidates should possess solid Back-End Web Development skills, such as building APIs, managing databases, and integrating server-side logic for scalable applications.
Candidates should possess comprehensive Web Development and Programming skills, including familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one back-end language or framework.
Relevant experience with version control (e.g., Git), testing and debugging tools, and performance optimization techniques is beneficial.
A background in working on B2B or client-facing projects, with strong problem-solving abilities and clear written and verbal communication, is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is advantageous.
