Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Data Analyst role based in the Greater Hyderabad Area. The Data Analyst will collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources, prepare datasets, and ensure data quality for reporting and analysis. The role involves performing statistical and quantitative analyses, building reports and dashboards, and creating data models to support business decisions. The Data Analyst will interpret trends, prepare clear summaries and visualizations, and communicate findings to stakeholders in a concise, accessible manner. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, define metrics, and recommend data-driven improvements is a key part of the day-to-day work.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills and proven experience in data analytics to derive meaningful insights from complex datasets.
Competence in statistics, including descriptive and inferential methods, for data interpretation and decision support.
Ability to design and work with data modeling concepts to structure data for reporting, forecasting, and business intelligence.
Clear and effective communication skills to present findings, explain methodologies, and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency with data analysis tools or languages (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is highly beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related discipline.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team in an on-site environment.
