The Staff Technical Recruiter will lead full-cycle recruitment across Product, Engineering, and Technology, partnering closely with senior leaders to attract and hire exceptional talent. This high-impact role offers the opportunity to shape recruiting strategies for critical teams within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. You will manage hiring from initial role intake through offer, ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience at every stage. By leveraging market insights, targeted sourcing, and structured assessment methods, you will help teams make informed hiring decisions and build strong talent pipelines. The position requires flexibility to move between technical disciplines as business priorities evolve, with a particular focus on candidates with fintech or payments experience.
