Role Description The Research Assistant role at pathakagrotech is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow. The Research Assistant will support agricultural and scientific studies by collecting samples, conducting experiments, and maintaining accurate laboratory records. Daily responsibilities include assisting in the design and execution of research protocols, performing data collection and data analysis, and preparing summaries or reports of findings. The role involves collaborating with senior researchers, ensuring proper use and maintenance of laboratory equipment, and following safety and quality standards. The Research Assistant may also participate in field visits, documentation, and communication of results to internal teams and external partners as needed.
Qualifications
