About the role
Description supplied by the original job listing.
Company Description Teamless is building a “marketing memory” platform that captures durable records of campaigns, including strategy, decisions, changes during execution, outcomes, and lessons learned. The product is designed to bring relevant context back into planning so teams stop paying twice for the same insights. Initially focused on B2B demand generation leaders running recurring, cross-channel campaigns, Teamless addresses gaps that traditional CRMs, ad platforms, and automation tools cannot fill. The company was founded by a demand generation leader with over 15 years of experience watching valuable campaign knowledge remain buried in decks, threads, and institutional memory. Interested teams can request access at getteamless.com.
Role Description As a Founding Product Engineer, you will help shape the core product and technical direction of Teamless from the ground up. This full-time involves designing and building end-to-end product features, from data models and APIs to user-facing interfaces. You will collaborate closely with the founder and early users to translate campaign workflows into intuitive product experiences, test hypotheses quickly, and iterate based on feedback. Day-to-day, you will own implementation details, improve reliability and performance, contribute to product design discussions, and help define engineering practices and tooling. You will also participate in customer conversations, analyze usage patterns, and ensure the product scales with the needs of B2B demand generation teams.

Proficiency in modern web technologies (e.g., TypeScript/JavaScript, a major frontend framework, backend frameworks, databases) and comfort with cloud infrastructure and DevOps basics.
Ability to thrive in an early-stage environment, take ownership, operate with autonomy, and contribute to culture, processes, and technical standards.
Prior experience building tools for marketers, B2B SaaS products, or data-rich applications is an asset.
