Role Description The Graphic & UI/UX Designer role at Cyalt Digital Solution is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. In this role, the designer will create and refine visual assets for digital platforms, including graphics, user interfaces, and brand-related materials. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing layouts and UI components, preparing visuals for web and social media, collaborating with marketing and development teams, and ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. The designer will conduct basic user experience research, translate requirements into intuitive interfaces, and iterate on designs based on feedback and performance. The role also involves maintaining a high standard of image quality, organizing design files, and contributing creative ideas to enhance overall visual communication.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for digital and print media.
Candidates should possess skills in Image Editing and visual asset optimization for various platforms.
Candidates should possess practical experience with Social Media design and content adaptation.
Candidates should possess an understanding of Marketing principles to align design with campaign objectives.
Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar).
Experience designing user interfaces and basic user flows for web or mobile applications.
Strong attention to detail, visual storytelling ability, and an organized design workflow.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on-site and communicate clearly about design decisions.
A portfolio demonstrating graphic design and UI/UX work; formal education in design or related fields is beneficial.
