Senior Instagram Paid Ads Consultant (Advisory)

I'm looking for a well-accomplished, Instagram advertising expert, for consulting on a campaign that we have. Your role will be strictly advisory as a consultant, but should be ongoing.
We’re looking for a social media vet - someone that has spent years thinking about how to better promote online. You will be there to advise, plan, and direct the design work. We already have someone who does the social media design work, and someone to post and schedule. What we need is someone that can develop the process and direct the work.
