Perform regular bank reconciliations across group accounts.
Reconcile payment batch processing from platforms including PayPal, Stripe, Braintree, and Afterpay, and record them accurately into the ERP system.
Enter group retail store sales into the main accounting software.
Financial Reporting & Month-End Operations
Execute and process the End-of-Month (EOM) rollover within the accounting system.
Assist in preparing documentation and schedules for annual external audits.
Provide ad-hoc accounting support and analysis as requested by the Director of Finance.
Process Improvement & Team Collaboration
Partner with internal stakeholders (Sales, Accounts, Customer Service) to align on debtor management strategies and resolve account inquiries.
Contribute to process improvements, internal policy development, team culture, and operational efficiency across the organization.
Credentials & Experience:
Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.
1-2 years of hands-on accounting experience (preferably in Accounts Receivable, Reconciliations, or General Ledger).
Software & Systems Expertise:
Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and/or MYOB EXO is a plus.
Strong proficiency with ERP systems and an ability to quickly adapt to new software tools.
Core Competencies:
Exceptional analytical skills and keen attention to detail.
Strong oral and written communication skills with the confidence to manage internal and external stakeholder relationships.
