The Role:
As a Mental Health Therapist II, you will deliver evidence-based care (CBT, mindfulness, trauma-informed) via our secure video platform, collaborating with experienced clinicians on assessments and personalized treatment plans. We handle the marketing, client acquisition, and profiles so you can focus on your clients.

Responsibilities:
Individual and couples therapy
Telehealth assessments and outcome tracking
AI-assisted documentation
Weekly huddles and peer review
Clinical supervision toward LCSW/LMHC licensure
What You Bring:
Active Indiana LSW or LMHCA license (required)
Minimum 6 months proven clinical experience with individuals, couples, and/or adolescents; strong experience with at least one therapeutic modality
A drive to be excellent, not just credentialed. You hold yourself to a high clinical standard, actively seek feedback, and want to keep sharpening your craft to be an elite clinical therapist
Reliable high-speed internet, laptop/webcam, a private workspace, and tech proficiency
A collaborative, patient-first mindset; you accept feedback gracefully and thrive without ego
Preferred: Experience with immigrant, refugee, or minority populations; second-language fluency; prior telehealth and EMR experience
