About us
American Dreams Marketing builds websites for small businesses and runs an all-in-one business platform for $111/month. Along with the website and CRM, it includes the AI and automation tools small businesses are starting to use: AI chat and text replies, missed-call text-back, automated email and text follow-up, review-request automations, booking automations, and a mobile app for taking payments and tracking leads. The owner, Kristof Decloedt, supports every client personally.
What you'll do
- Find small business owners who need a website, lead follow-up or an easier way to get paid
- Explain what we offer, including how the AI replies and automations save owners time, and book them a call with Kristof
- Follow up with your leads and keep track of them
Pay (commission only, no base pay or hourly wage)
- 10% of each website build you bring in. Builds start at $1,500, so $150 on a starter build.
- 20% of each monthly platform payment for as long as the client stays and you remain an active rep, no cap. On the $111 plan that's $22.20 per client per month.
- Paid on the 15th of each month, only on payments clients have actually made. $25 minimum; smaller amounts carry over to the next month.
- If you don't bring in a paying client, you don't earn anything.
What this is not
No fee to join, nothing to buy, no quota. You are not paid for recruiting other reps, only for clients you bring in.
Good fit if you
- Are a student or recent grad in marketing, business, communication or web design
- Like talking with local business owners
- Are 18 or older and have your own phone and laptop
What you get
Hands-on exposure to the AI and marketing automation tools small businesses are adopting, real sales experience with a small agency, direct access to the owner for questions and help on calls, and sales results you can put on your resume. To be clear, this is still commission only: the experience is a bonus, not the pay.
