Support AML/KYC risk assessments, control testing, audits, and regulatory examinations by preparing records, responding to requests, and completing assigned remediation.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and strengthen controls through workflow changes, automation, and system enhancements; support testing and implementation.
Cross-Functional Partnership & Reporting
Partner with Operations, Legal, Risk, Technology, Internal Audit, and other business teams to resolve AML/KYC questions and implement practical solutions.
Coordinate with third-party administrators and distribution partners to obtain required information, resolve exceptions, and reinforce AML/KYC expectations.
Prepare reporting on case volumes, aging, quality, escalations, and risk trends; communicate emerging concerns and recommended actions.
Maintain complete, accurate, and accessible records that support management oversight, audit readiness, and applicable retention requirements.
