At Saras Dynamics, we are building innovative technology solutions and expanding our presence in the software, AI, and intelligent automation space. As we grow, we are looking for two enthusiastic, resourceful, and self-motivated individuals to join us as HR & Marketing Interns.
This is more than a short-term internship. It is an opportunity to prove yourself and potentially transition into a full-time role with Saras Dynamics after three months.
We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn, comfortable connecting with people, and interested in contributing to both talent acquisition and marketing initiatives. Successful candidates will gain practical experience, take ownership of real business activities, and have the opportunity to grow with the company.
Candidates who can join immediately are strongly encouraged to apply. Applicants based in Coimbatore will be preferred.
About the Role
As an HR & Marketing Intern, you will support two important business functions: talent acquisition and marketing. You will help us identify promising talent, build relationships with educational institutions, strengthen our online presence, and support business outreach initiatives.
The role will be primarily remote, with occasional visits to colleges and universities for student outreach, campus recruitment, networking, and promotional activities. Transportation expenses for approved campus visits will be reimbursed.
The initial internship will run for three months. Based on your performance, initiative, contribution, and the company's business requirements, you may be considered for a full-time position upon successful completion of the internship.
Key Responsibilities
1. Human Resources & Talent Acquisition
Source potential candidates and interns through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, professional networks, and other channels.
Identify and connect with colleges, universities, placement officers, faculty members, and student communities.
Support campus recruitment initiatives and build a pipeline of promising candidates.
Review resumes, conduct initial candidate outreach, and coordinate interviews.
Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment progress.
Assist with interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups, onboarding coordination, and basic HR documentation.
Help strengthen the company's employer brand and promote career opportunities at Saras Dynamics.
2. Marketing & Brand Development
Assist in planning and executing marketing initiatives to increase awareness of Saras Dynamics and its services.
Create and coordinate content for LinkedIn and other relevant digital platforms.
Research industry trends, target audiences, prospective clients, and market opportunities.
Support the preparation of company profiles, presentations, promotional materials, and marketing content.
Assist with social media management, content planning, and audience engagement.
Identify opportunities to improve the company's online visibility and brand positioning.
Support outreach campaigns aimed at prospective clients, partners, and potential talent.
3. Campus Outreach & Networking
Visit colleges and universities occasionally to connect with students, placement teams, and faculty members.
Promote internship and career opportunities offered by Saras Dynamics.
Help establish relationships with educational institutions for future recruitment and collaboration.
Support campus networking, career fairs, and other outreach activities as required.
Transportation expenses for approved college and university visits will be reimbursed.
What We're Looking For
A graduate, recent graduate, or student pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
An interest in both HR and marketing, with a willingness to learn across functions.
Confidence in approaching candidates, students, and external contacts.
Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, social media platforms, Google Workspace, or Microsoft Office.
Basic knowledge of Canva or other content creation tools is an advantage.
A proactive, self-motivated attitude and the ability to work independently.
Willingness to undertake occasional local visits to college and university campuses.
Availability to join immediately.
Preference for candidates based in Coimbatore who can accommodate a future transition to on-site work if required.
