Role Description The Arabic Language Communication Trainer will conduct interactive, learner-focused training sessions to build participants’ Arabic speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing lesson plans, delivering classroom sessions, assessing learner progress, providing feedback, and maintaining training records. The trainer will collaborate with the team to refine training materials, incorporate intercultural communication elements, and support special programs or workshops as needed. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode, requiring regular classroom presence and direct engagement with learners.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Arabic and excellent overall Communication skills, including clear, structured spoken and written expression.
Demonstrated Training experience, with the ability to facilitate interactive sessions, mentor learners, and adapt methods to different proficiency levels.
Curriculum Development and Writing skills to design lesson plans, training materials, exercises, and assessments aligned with learning objectives.
Intercultural Communication skills to address cultural nuances, support diverse learner backgrounds, and promote inclusive learning environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Arabic, Linguistics, Education, or a related field; teaching certifications or trainer credentials are an advantage.
Prior experience as a language trainer or educator, preferably in Arabic language or communication-focused programs.
Ability to manage classroom dynamics, use digital tools for training, and maintain accurate learner documentation.
Strong organizational skills, professionalism, and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
