Job Vacancy: Service Engineer – Kottayam Territory
Company: Medsource Ozone Biomedicals Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Kottayam, Kerala
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Service Engineer to join our team at Medsource Ozone Biomedicals Pvt. Ltd. for the Kottayam territory.
Job Responsibilities:
* Installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of laboratory diagnostic equipment.
* Provide timely technical support and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Perform preventive maintenance and breakdown service activities.
* Handle laboratory analyzers related to Biochemistry, Hematology, and CLIA.
* Maintain service reports, installation records, and customer feedback.
* Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
Eligibility Criteria:
* Diploma or BE/B.Tech in Biomedical Engineering or a related field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in servicing laboratory diagnostic equipment.
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Good communication and customer-handling skills.
* Willingness to travel within the Kottayam territory.
