Role Description The Web Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining LeaseEZY’s web applications and digital platforms. This full-time, on-site role based in Noida includes implementing front-end user interfaces, building and optimizing back-end services, and ensuring responsive, accessible, and secure web experiences. Day-to-day tasks involve collaborating with product, design, and operations teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, integrating third-party APIs, and improving site performance and stability. The role also includes troubleshooting issues, maintaining documentation, and continuously enhancing the platform to support tenants and property owners more effectively.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Front-End Development and Web Design skills.
Candidates should possess solid Back-End Web Development and Programming skills.
Candidates should possess comprehensive Web Development skills across the full stack.
Candidates should possess familiarity with modern web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one framework such as React, Angular, or Vue).
Candidates should possess experience with server-side languages or frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Python/Django, PHP/Laravel, or similar) and relational or NoSQL databases.
Candidates should possess good understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and basic SEO best practices.
Candidates should possess strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to work collaboratively on-site in a fast-paced environment.
A relevant degree or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is beneficial; experience in real estate or B2B platforms is a plus.
