About the Opportunity:
The BUSINESS OPERATIONS MANAGER leads the operational unit to support real-time business functions. This role focuses on optimizing resource use to enhance customer satisfaction, maintain productivity, ensure adherence to payroll schedules, and achieve organizational goals. The manager contributes by overseeing staff performance and operational effectiveness, playing a key role in continuous improvement efforts.
Responsibilities:
Develop and monitor key performance metrics for staff and operations
Evaluate business processes and recommend improvements
Lead quality improvement and continuous improvement initiatives
Assign and monitor staff caseloads and account distribution
Evaluate program effectiveness and report to leadership
Monitor compliance standards
Develop staff through training and resources
Serve as liaison with State agencies
Resolve escalated customer complaints
Communicate goals, expectations, and results to stakeholders
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree required; business management or administration preferred
Minimum three years of progressive people management experience
Experience in building highly effective teams
