Role Description The VP of Operations is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities across the organization. This position will lead operational planning, optimize processes, and ensure that project workflows support high-quality, on-time delivery of architectural and design services. The VP of Operations will manage operational budgets and P&L, monitor performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. The role includes collaborating closely with leadership, project teams, and customer-facing staff to align operations with strategic goals, regulatory requirements, and client satisfaction. The VP of Operations will also establish and refine operational policies, implement systems and tools, and support scalable growth.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Operations Management skills, including process optimization and performance monitoring.
Candidates should possess P&L Management experience, including budgeting, financial analysis, and cost control.
Candidates should possess Customer Service and client relationship management skills to support a high-quality experience.
Candidates should possess Strategic Planning skills to align operations with long-term business objectives.
Candidates should possess Project Management skills to coordinate timelines, resources, and deliverables.
Experience in architecture, engineering, construction, or design services operations is highly beneficial.
Proven leadership abilities, including team management, cross-functional collaboration, and change management.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering Management, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills, with comfort working in a remote, technology-driven environment.
