Elite Coach – Ice Hockey, Soccer & Baseball (Remote, Virtual Training)

Propel Pro is a digital athlete-development platform that connects athletes with elite coaches they could never otherwise train with. We're building a deliberately selective roster of coaches in ice hockey, soccer and baseball, and we consider elite coaches from every sport.
Who this is for
You've played or coached at a level most coaches never reach. At least one of these describes you:
• Professional: player or coach in a pro league, an affiliated or developmental pro system, or a top domestic pipeline
• College: NCAA (D1, D2 or D3), NAIA or NJCAA player, or a head, assistant or position coach at those levels
• National team: player or staff on a national team, Olympic pipeline or international program
• Elite academy or club: director or head coach at a nationally competitive academy or club (MLS NEXT, ECNL, USHL/NAHL pipelines, Tier I AAA, elite baseball academies)
And you coach. We look for real, current coaching: teams, position work, player development or private training.
If none of these fit, this role isn't the right match.
What the work looks like
You coach through a living, interactive online workspace: live sessions to coach or break down a game, video training where you're on camera giving real feedback, drill libraries, and individual development plans that track progress with input from coach, athlete and parent. You can work with whole teams and clubs, small groups, or one-on-one.

How approval works
We approve coaches on how they actually coach, not just on paper.
Apply here. In your résumé, list your highest playing and coaching levels, with teams and years. We verify them.
Complete the Propel Pro coach application and onboarding.
Bring one athlete you train (or have trained) to a free evaluation: a short set of sessions with you on the platform within 14 days. It's completely free for you and the athlete. If they're under 18, a parent sets up the account.
We review your sessions. Approved coaches go live.
Finishing the steps doesn't guarantee approval. Every coach is reviewed individually.
Requirements
• A verifiable elite playing or coaching background, as described above
• Active coaching experience
• One athlete you train or have trained, ready to complete a free evaluation with you (no cost to you or the athlete). Required for approval.
• A smartphone or computer with a camera and stable internet
• Professional communication with athletes and parents
