Account Manager – Portfolio & Owner Success

As an Account Manager, you will take commercial ownership of a portfolio of property owners in the UK short-term rental market, helping maximize property performance and build long-term client relationships. You will analyze revenue, occupancy, pricing, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improve portfolio profitability. Acting as the primary point of contact for property owners, you will lead strategic performance discussions, manage expectations, and proactively address retention risks. You will collaborate with international teams across operations, guest experience, and finance to ensure effective coordination and consistent service delivery. This role goes beyond traditional account support, requiring a commercially minded professional who can turn data into actionable recommendations and measurable results. Working remotely from Brazil within UK business hours, you will join a dynamic, technology-driven hospitality environment that values accountability, initiative, and continuous improvement.
