About the role

Description supplied by the original job listing.

Company Description YesAgain is a technology reuse company that gives devices a second life by selling quality renewed phones, laptops, and other electronics to customers worldwide. The company partners with retailers, marketplaces, and brands to design and operate trade-in programs that help customers recover value from devices they already own and keep usable technology in circulation longer. From its 100,000 sq ft facility in Sharjah, YesAgain can process up to 300,000 devices a year, supported by an in-house device testing system. Having renewed more than one million devices globally, YesAgain sells through its own channels and established marketplaces, offering both direct purchase options and tailored trade-in solutions for partners.
Role Description The Executive Vice President role at YesAgain is a full-time, remote position responsible for leading strategic growth, operations, and partner development across the organization. This role oversees business planning, performance management, and cross-functional alignment to ensure that device assessment, refurbishment, resale, and trade-in programs operate efficiently and profitably. The Executive Vice President collaborates closely with senior leaders to define long-term vision, set objectives, and implement initiatives that expand global reach and strengthen relationships with retailers, marketplaces, and brands. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding teams, reviewing financial and operational metrics, identifying new market opportunities, and representing the company in key partner and stakeholder discussions. This role also champions a culture of innovation, sustainability, and continuous improvement while ensuring that processes, systems, and policies support scalable growth.
