<div><div><span style="font-size:14px;">1. To create and updating the Standard Operating Procedures and their </span>compliance.</div><div><span style="font-size:14px;">2. Responsible to use through knowledge of Water System Operation and </span>Maintenance of all Utilities Equipments i.e. including Pre Treatment (MGF & Softener), UF, RO, EDI, Purified Water supply and distribution, system and maintaining respective documentation (Whenever applicable).</div><div><span style="font-size:14px;">3. Handling of Change Control Process (including Justifications, risk </span>assessments and action plan).</div><div><span style="font-size:14px;">4. Handling of Deviation Process.</span></div><div><span style="font-size:14px;">5. Handling and Review of Incident and investigations.</span></div><div><span style="font-size:14px;">6. Handling of CAPA.</span></div><div><span style="font-size:14px;">7. Preparation of MQR data for execution.</span></div><div><span style="font-size:14px;">8. To prepare and review the training calendars (SOP and cGMP) and</span></div><div><span style="font-size:14px;">ensure its implementation.</span></div><div><span style="font-size:14px;">9. To impart SOP trainings as per individual’s profile as per training</span></div><div><span style="font-size:14px;">calendar.</span></div><div><span style="font-size:14px;">10. To impart cGMP trainings to all the departments at Plant level and</span></div><div><span style="font-size:14px;">ensure the compliance.</span></div><div><span style="font-size:14px;">11. To ensure proper documentation and retention of the training records</span></div><div><span style="font-size:14px;">12. To impart training to new joinee at Engineering Department.</span></div><div><span style="font-size:14px;">13. Adhere to current technologies, cGMP, USFDA, MHRA & TGA etc.</span></div><div><span style="font-size:14px;">14. Assist for Initial estimation of maintenance cost based on activity based</span></div><div><span style="font-size:14px;">costing and cost control for the annual budgeting. Responsible for</span></div><div><span style="font-size:14px;">developing and maintaining the Plant & utility Department annual</span></div><div><span style="font-size:14px;">budget.</span></div><div><span style="font-size:14px;">15. Zero accident/ incident in factory premises.</span></div><div><span style="font-size:14px;">16. 100% statutory compliances.</span></div></div><div><span style="font-size:14px;">17. 100% Audit compliances by maintaining all cGMP documents, </span>including SOPs and PM records.</div><div><span style="font-size:14px;">18. Participate in regularly schedule maintenance staff meetings and</span></div><div><span style="font-size:14px;">coordinating by circulating Minutes of Meeting.</span></div><div><span style="font-size:14px;">19. Maintain 100% on-time completion of PM's. Support new or modified</span></div><div><span style="font-size:14px;">equipment/ facility installations to include identifying & purchasing</span></div><div><span style="font-size:14px;">initial spare parts and implementing new preventative maintenance</span></div><div><span style="font-size:14px;">procedures.</span></div><div><span style="font-size:14px;">20. To carry out improvements in system for better & efficient operations.</span></div><div><span style="font-size:14px;">21. Responsible for accurate parts inventory and equipment specific usage</span></div><div><span style="font-size:14px;">control.</span></div><div><span style="font-size:14px;">22. Implementation of cost improvement maintenance.</span></div><div><span style="font-size:14px;">23. To perform any other work as and when assigned by Head of</span></div><div><span style="font-size:14px;">department</span></div>
