ServiceNow Developer

Experience Required: 6+ years
Role: ServiceNow Developer (ITSM/ITOM/Integrations)
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and customize ServiceNow solutions across ITSM and ITOM modules.
Configure and support Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog processes.
Implement and enhance Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, and Event Management capabilities.
Design and develop integrations using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, and IntegrationHub.
Build and maintain Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer workflows.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Support platform upgrades, enhancements, performance optimization, and production issues.
Key Skills:
6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow Development experience.
Strong expertise in ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
Experience with REST/SOAP integrations, IntegrationHub, and MID Servers.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and Service Portal.
Experience in CMDB governance and platform customization.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and ServiceNow best practices.
Preferred Certifications: CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM, CIS-Discovery/ITOM
