We’re Hiring: Remote Wellness Technician (Patient-Facing | Health + Technology)
At Neuvora, we’re building a wellness experience that blends technology with real human connection, and we’re looking for someone who can confidently do both.
This is a remote, patient-facing role. You will spend much of your time speaking directly with patients, guiding them through their wellness journey while also reviewing their information and supporting their care in a meaningful way.
What You’ll Do:
Make outbound and inbound patient calls as a primary point of contact
Review patient charts and information to guide conversations and next steps
Explain wellness protocols and basic medical information clearly and calmly
Answer questions, ease concerns, and build trust
Guide patients in using the platform and tools effectively
Troubleshoot basic tech issues to ensure a smooth experience
Document interactions and communicate with the team
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication skills that feel warm, clear, and confident
Comfortable with technology and able to learn systems quickly
Basic understanding of medical or wellness concepts, training will be provided
Ability to review and understand patient information and apply it in conversation
Organized, reliable, and able to manage a remote workflow
Background in healthcare, education, wellness, or coaching is a plus
Requirements:
A computer with audio and video capability
A reliable, high-speed internet connection
A quiet, professional space to take patient calls
Compensation and Structure:
1099 contractor role
Paid for hours worked
Only looking for Full-time availability
