Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle guest queries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience.
Candidates should possess Food & Beverage skills to support dining operations, service standards, and basic inventory handling.
Candidates should possess Hospitality skills to maintain professional etiquette, guest comfort, and a welcoming environment.
Candidates should possess Training skills to help onboard and guide new staff on hotel procedures and service quality.
Experience in hotel or resort operations, front office, or guest relations is beneficial.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by hotel operations.
Basic proficiency in English and local languages, along with good organizational and problem-solving abilities, is preferred.
