As we develop our international operations, we are looking for a detail-oriented Financial & Backoffice Officer to support our financial administration, internal processes and business operations.
The Opportunity
You will play an important role in establishing efficient administrative and financial workflows, supporting leadership and contributing to a scalable operational structure.
Key Responsibilities
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Monitor invoices, expenses and financial transactions.
Support cash flow management and financial forecasting.
Assist with budget planning, expense control and reporting.
Maintain financial records and operational documentation.
Coordinate with external accountants and service providers.
Support supplier administration and contractual documentation.
Assist with international payments and multicurrency reconciliation.
Organise internal administrative and backoffice processes.
Prepare management reports and financial KPIs.
Support process improvement and administrative automation.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in finance, administration or business operations.
Strong knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
Experience with invoicing, financial reconciliations and reporting.
Understanding of accounts payable, receivable and cash flow.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
Good English communication skills.
Nice to Have
Experience in technology companies or SaaS businesses.
Familiarity with Stripe, Xero, QuickBooks or similar platforms.
Experience supporting international financial operations.
Knowledge of Brazilian or UK administrative processes.
Experience with ERP systems and financial automation.
