Role Overview
We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Senior Finance Executive to overseeour financial operations. You will play a critical role in financial planning, budgeting,statutory compliance, and reporting. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with proven expertise in financial modelling and team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):
Develop and monitor annual budgets, financial forecasts, monthly cash burn and cost-control strategies
Perform variance analysis to track business performance against forecasts and month on month variance of PL.
Build financial models for new business initiatives and evaluate investment opportunities.
Accounting & Reporting:
Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes and finalization of accounts.
Prepare accurate financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) in compliance with US GAAP/IND-AS standards.
Manage Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) reconciliations.
Audit support and provide necessary schedules to audit team, discussion with audit team to finalize various accounting discrepancies.
Taxation & Compliance:
Ensure strict compliance with local, state, and central regulations (e.g., TDS,GST, Income Tax, and MCA filings).
Manage relationships with internal and external auditors, providing required documentation.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting; Advanced credentials like CA, CMA, or CPA are highly preferred.
Experience: Minimum 4 - 7 years in a senior finance or corporate accounting role.
Technical Skills: Advanced MS Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, if functions, advanced macros, etc) and hands-on experience with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, Tally, Netsuite, Zoho, Odoo, etc.
Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical skills, strong business acumen, and excellent communication.
