Role Description The Site Civil Engineer will oversee day-to-day civil engineering activities at project locations, ensuring that construction work aligns with approved designs, specifications, and safety standards. Responsibilities include supervising site work, coordinating with contractors and vendors, monitoring quality and progress, and resolving on-site technical issues in collaboration with the project team. The role will involve reviewing civil drawings, checking levels and layouts, managing site documentation, and supporting planning, scheduling, and material requirements. The Site Civil Engineer will also liaise with clients and consultants as needed, preparing regular reports on work status and compliance. This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi.
Qualifications
Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering skills relevant to building and infrastructure projects
Experience working as Civil Engineers on construction sites with responsibility for technical oversight
Planning skills for project scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination of site activities
Knowledge of Stormwater Management and related drainage and utility systems
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a closely related field
Familiarity with construction codes, standards, and safety regulations
Proficiency in engineering and drafting tools (e.g., AutoCAD) and MS Office
Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities with attention to detail
Prior experience in interior or building construction projects in an on-site role is an advantage
