At VisitorsDeals, we’re all about making international travel smooth and stress-free. We are an online booking platform where international travelers can now book hotels directly. Plus, we’re doing something super cool right now—giving our travelers Free Data Roaming abroad through our telecom partners to make their trips even better!
As we grow, things are getting busy! We need a proactive, organized, and awesome teammate in Indonesia to help us handle local operations, keep our partner communications smooth, and take care of our travelers.
What you’ll be doing day-to-day:
The Bridge: Be our main person on the ground to stay in touch with our local telecom partner teams here, making sure our roaming service runs without a hitch.
Traveler Support: Help out Indonesian travelers when they have questions about their bookings or activating their free roaming. (Think friendly chat and quick problem-solving via email/chat).
Social Media Vibes: Keep an eye on our social channels, reply to comments, and hang out with our community online.
Operations: Do whatever it takes to ensure our Indonesian users have a flawless trip from start to finish.
Who we’re looking for:
You live in Indonesia and know your way around local mobile networks and tech.
You speak and write comfortably in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (we love a conversational, helpful tone!).
You’ve done some customer support, operations, or social media management before.
You have a solid internet connection and a cozy remote workspace.
You’re responsible, self-motivated, and don't need someone micromanaging you.
