What you’ll do
Answer inbound retention calls: Maintain positive customer relationships, provide customer resolution/ education and negotiate using retention offers
Retain customers in compliance with Beer52 guidelines and protocols
Attend 1:1, meetings, huddles, & trainings
Attend cross-trainings and upskilling
What you’ll bring
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
Positive energy and can-do attitude
A person with high regard for integrity and diligence
Critical thinking with technical and language proficiency
Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
