Sales & Marketing Specialist

Role Description This part-time remote Sales & Marketing Specialist role focuses on generating new business, nurturing existing customer relationships, and supporting marketing initiatives. Day-to-day activities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting online sales presentations, and following up with prospects through calls, emails, and virtual meetings. The specialist collaborates with marketing to execute campaigns, track performance metrics, and provide feedback on messaging and materials. Additional responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and preparing basic reports on sales activities and outcomes.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects and support existing customers effectively.
Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue, manage pipelines, and support basic sales planning and forecasting.
Candidates should possess Training skills to deliver product or service education to customers, prospects, and internal teams when needed.
Candidates should have proficiency with common office and CRM software, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles is preferred; relevant certifications or coursework in business or marketing are a plus.
