Role Description The Co-Founder role is a full-time remote position responsible for helping shape the company’s strategic direction, service offerings, and growth initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include defining and refining the business model, identifying new market opportunities, and guiding the development of digital products and services. The Co-Founder will collaborate closely with technical, design, and business teams to align projects with client needs and long-term company goals. This role will also involve building partnerships, supporting sales and marketing activities, participating in key client meetings, and contributing to financial planning and operational decision-making. The Co-Founder is expected to take a hands-on approach to problem solving, team leadership, and continuous improvement of processes and standards.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Research abilities to evaluate markets, assess business performance, and inform strategic decisions.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage clients, and represent the company externally.
Candidates should possess Sales and Marketing skills to drive business development, promote services, and support brand growth.
Experience in IT, software development, or digital services, with familiarity in web and mobile solutions, digital branding, or technology consulting.
Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset, with experience in launching or scaling products, services, or startups preferred.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, make data-informed decisions, and lead teams through change and growth.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is beneficial; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
