Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Associate with 2–4 years of experience in the IT industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing end-to-end HR functions and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
Manage onboarding, induction, employee engagement, and exit formalities.
Coordinate recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and offer rollouts.
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HRMS data.
Support attendance management, payroll inputs, leave administration, and compliance activities.
Assist in performance management and employee relations initiatives.
Ensure adherence to HR policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.
Generate HR reports and MIS as required.
Required Skills
Strong experience in handling end-to-end HR activities within an IT company.
Good understanding of HR operations, employee engagement, and recruitment processes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Qualification
Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred Candidate
Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 15 days.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
