BIM Engineer - Architecture

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit in accordance with project requirements and BIM standards.
Create and modify Revit families, parametric components, and BIM content as required.
Perform Clash detection and Coordination with relevant disciplines to resolve model conflicts.
Conduct self-QC checks to ensure model accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project standards.
Prepare 2D drawings, shop drawings, sections, elevations, and schedules from BIM models.
Update BIM models based on design revisions, client comments, and coordination feedback.
Manage model files, work sets, and project deliverables using Autodesk Forma (Formerly ACC), and other CDE platforms.
Complete assigned tasks within project timelines while maintaining required productivity and quality standards.
Coordinate with BIM Coordinators, BIM Managers, Architects, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely deliverables.
Requirements:
Strong hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit – Architecture (Preferebly 3+ Years Experience)
Good understanding of BIM workflows, Architectural Modelling, Documentation, and Coordination.
Experience creating and editing Revit Families and Parametric Content.
Knowledge of Clash Detection and Multidisciplinary BIM coordination.
Familiarity with Autodesk Forma and Common Data Environment (CDE) workflows.
Strong attention to detail and ability to perform independent quality checks.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work effectively within project deadlines.
