Service Now Developer

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and customizing ServiceNow applications, with a focus on enhancing IT service management capabilities.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions to streamline IT service management processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and customize ServiceNow applications accordingly.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.
Maintain and update ServiceNow documentation including application configurations, workflows, and processes.
Provide support and training to end-users on ServiceNow functionalities and best practices.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Skills And Qualifications
6-8 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM modules.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS for ServiceNow customizations.
Experience with ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes.
Knowledge of ServiceNow REST and SOAP APIs for integrations with other systems.
Familiarity with ITIL best practices and ServiceNow ITIL processes.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
