Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Soft Skills Trainer role based in Sikar. The Soft Skills Trainer will design and deliver training programs focused on communication, life skills, and professional behavior for learners and employees. Daily tasks include conducting interactive training sessions, preparing training materials and presentations, assessing participant needs, and adapting content to different audiences. The role also involves evaluating training effectiveness, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining training reports and documentation. The trainer will collaborate with internal stakeholders to align training outcomes with organizational goals and support continuous improvement in learning and development.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Training & Development skills, including the ability to design, facilitate, and evaluate soft skills programs.
Candidates should possess advanced Communication and Soft Skills to model effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication.
Candidates should possess Life Skills and Presentation Skills to deliver engaging sessions and support participants in real-world application.
Candidates should have experience in classroom or corporate training, with the ability to handle diverse groups and varying skill levels.
Candidates should demonstrate strong planning, organization, and time management abilities.
Candidates should be comfortable working on-site in Sikar and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
A bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Relevant certifications in training, L&D, or soft skills coaching are an advantage.
Proficiency in basic computer tools (e.g., MS Office, presentation software) and familiarity with training aids or digital learning platforms is beneficial.
