If business owners, property investors or developers already call you when they need financing, we'd like to speak with you.
Apex (https://useapex.com) matches commercial financing opportunities with private credit lenders, and we're looking for someone who wants to build a sourcing business with our team. You would bring in borrowers, understand what they need and stay close to the relationship while we work together on lender selection and execution.
Your background might be commercial lending, mortgage brokerage or debt advisory. We're interested in the financing you've personally sourced and helped close, and the borrower or referral relationships you can develop from here. The opportunities can span real estate, corporate debt, equipment and working capital.
The role is remote and US-only, starting as an independent contractor with a paid retainer. We'll agree the compensation and scope before work begins, with the possibility of a full-time role depending on performance and mutual fit.
