Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Study Abroad Counsellor role based in Jaipur. The Study Abroad Counsellor will guide students through the entire journey of selecting international course programs, identifying suitable scholarships and grants, and preparing strong applications. Daily responsibilities include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, assessing student profiles, recommending best-fit countries, universities, and programs, and explaining admission and scholarship requirements. The role involves coordinating with internal scholarship experts, assisting students with documentation and application submission, and tracking application progress. The counsellor will also maintain accurate records, respond to student queries promptly, participate in webinars or information sessions, and support outreach initiatives to increase student awareness of global education opportunities.

Candidates should possess strong student counseling and advisory skills, including the ability to understand academic goals, career aspirations, and financial constraints.
Candidates should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to conduct effective one-on-one and group sessions.
Candidates should possess solid organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple student cases, deadlines, and application cycles.
Candidates should possess good research and analytical skills to evaluate programs, scholarships, admission criteria, and eligibility requirements across different countries.
Candidates should possess proficiency in using digital tools, CRM or student management systems, and online platforms for applications and virtual counseling.
Candidates should possess knowledge of international education systems, visa processes, and scholarship frameworks; prior experience in study abroad counseling or education consulting is highly beneficial.
Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Management, International Relations, or a related field is preferred.
Candidates should possess a student-centric mindset, ethical approach, and commitment to making quality education accessible and affordable.
