Litigation Associate

Job Opportunity – Litigation Lawyer (Intellectual Property)
We are urgently looking to hire Litigation Lawyers with 3–4 years of relevant experience in Intellectual Property (IP) litigation, particularly in trademark, copyright, patent, and commercial IP disputes.
The role involves drafting, court appearances, legal research, litigation strategy, and handling contentious IP matters.

Key Responsibilities:
Handling and managing IP litigation matters, including trademarks, copyrights, patents, and designs.
Drafting pleadings, notices, legal opinions, written submissions, and other litigation-related documents.
Appearing before courts, tribunals, and other judicial/quasi-judicial authorities.
Managing litigation matters independently, from initiation to closure.
Advising clients on IP enforcement, infringement, dispute resolution, and litigation strategy.
Coordinating with clients, external counsels, and internal teams for effective case management.
Conducting legal research and analysis on IP-related matters.
Ensuring timely updates, compliance, and documentation for all assigned matters.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of IP laws and litigation procedures.
Excellent drafting, legal research, and analytical skills.
Strong communication and client management abilities.
Ability to handle multiple matters independently and efficiently.
Prior experience in complex IP litigation matters will be an added advantage.
Preferred candidates from NUJS and other National Law Universities (NLUs). Candidates from other reputed law colleges and institutions with relevant experience are also welcome to apply.
