Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Polki diamonds, gemstone characteristics, and jewelry grading standards.
Candidates should possess skills in visual inspection, attention to detail, and manual dexterity for handling delicate stones.
Candidates should possess basic record-keeping and documentation skills, including accurate data entry and report preparation.
Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills for working with production, design, and sales teams.
Candidates should possess the ability to follow established grading protocols, quality guidelines, and safety procedures.
Prior experience in diamond or gemstone grading, jewelry manufacturing, or a related field is highly beneficial.
A relevant certification or training in gemology or jewelry design is an advantage.
Candidates should possess the ability to work on-site full time in the Greater Bengaluru Area and manage repetitive tasks with consistency.
