Human Resources Executive

Job Description
Shlaaghy Sahlan is hiring an HR Executive to manage core HR operations including recruitment, employee engagement, statutory compliance, and HR data management. The role requires a disciplined, professional, and committed individual with strong communication and execution skills.
Key Responsibilities
Handle core HR operations and employee lifecycle management
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
Support employee engagement and employee relations
Assist in performance management and appraisal processes
Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs
Handle PF & ESIC registration, filings, and statutory compliance
Draft HR letters, emails, notices, and policies
Maintain HR MIS, data analysis, and reports
Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies
Education & Experience
MBA (HR) or equivalent qualification
Experience: 6 months to 2 years in HR operations
Experience in infrastructure / EPC / renewable / industrial environment is a plus
Skills Required
Strong knowledge of core HR functions
Understanding of recruitment processes
Knowledge of labour laws, compliances, PF & ESIC
Payroll and data management skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and HR software/tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
