About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Film Editor who understands that editing is much more than just cutting clips together—it is about shaping a compelling story, building emotions, and keeping audiences hooked.
In this role, you will be editing narrative-driven content, including fiction-based pieces, short films, web series, and microdramas. A unique aspect of this role involves working with AI-generated visuals, transforming raw AI scenes into cohesive, cinematic masterpieces while overcoming visual or character continuity challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
Edit fiction-based video content from rough cut to final delivery.
Maintain visual consistency, pacing, narrative flow, and emotional depth across scenes.
Identify inconsistencies or awkward transitions in footage and find creative post-production workarounds.
Collaborate with the creative team to align with scripts and directors' visions.
Handle basic sound design, dialogue editing, music selection, and color grading considerations.
What We Are Looking For:
2–3 years of hands-on experience in film editing, video editing, or post-production for fiction, web series, OTT, or microdramas.
Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
A solid understanding of cinematic language, pacing, character arcs, and continuity.
Ability to troubleshoot and polish unconventional or AI-generated footage.
Must include: A link to your portfolio or showreel showcasing narrative-driven work with your application.
Note: Experience working with AI-generated films or workflows is a major bonus!
