Company Description Kinetic Age is a specialized fitness company focused on one-on-one, home-based personal training for adults aged 55 and above. The team designs individualized programs to improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall health, helping clients maintain independence and prevent injuries. In addition to personal training, Kinetic Age offers targeted mobility and flexibility sessions, strength and balance programs, and prehab and rehab support. The company also provides customized nutrition plans to support healthy aging and holistic well-being, creating a comprehensive approach to senior fitness.
Role Description The Operations Intern will support daily operational activities to ensure smooth delivery of Kinetic Age’s services in Bengaluru. This full-time, on-site role includes coordinating trainer schedules, assisting with client booking and follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records in internal systems. The intern will help streamline processes, support small operational projects, and collaborate with trainers and management to improve service quality and efficiency. Additional responsibilities may include basic data tracking, preparing reports, and assisting with communication between clients and the operations team.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to track data, monitor performance, and support process improvements.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with trainers, clients, and internal teams.
Candidates should possess Sales-related skills to assist in lead follow-up, client onboarding, and service upselling when required.
Candidates should possess Operations Management and Project Management skills to support scheduling, logistics, and small operational initiatives.
Relevant skills such as attention to detail, organization, time management, and proficiency with basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, documents) are beneficial.
Pursuing or having a degree in Business, Operations, Healthcare, Sports Management, or a related field is an advantage.
Interest in fitness, healthy aging, or senior care and the ability to work on-site in Bengaluru are preferred.
