Warehouse Operations Manager / Warehouse Supervisor（Team Lead ）/ Warehouse Clerk

Role Description The Director role at RDY is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The Director will oversee overall product and business strategy, drive growth in user acquisition and engagement, and ensure a strong focus on safety and inclusivity for queer communities. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, coordinating event partnerships, overseeing marketing and community initiatives, and guiding product improvements informed by user feedback and data. The Director will also manage budgets, build external relationships with community organizations and partners, and represent RDY in public and industry-facing settings. Collaboration with founders and stakeholders to define long-term vision, priorities, and operational processes is central to this role.
Qualifications
Proven leadership experience in product, operations, or strategy, preferably in consumer tech, community, or events-focused organizations.
Experience in building and managing cross-functional teams, with strong skills in stakeholder management and decision-making.
Background in growth, marketing, or community-building, including experience with digital campaigns, partnerships, and user engagement.
Ability to use data and user feedback to guide product and operational decisions, with familiarity in metrics, analytics, and experimentation.
Deep understanding of queer communities and intersectional identities in India, with a commitment to safety, inclusion, and non-discriminatory practices.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with founders, partners, and community members.
Experience in event management or local community initiatives in Mumbai is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, management, communications, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus but not required.
