UPS Supply Chain Solutions is looking for a dynamic Account Executive (Business Development Manager) to drive business growth, acquire new customers, and deliver innovative supply chain solutions.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Develop and acquire new Small & Medium Business (SMB) and large national accounts
✅ Drive revenue, volume, and gross profit growth
✅ Execute strategic business development and customer retention plans
✅ Lead consultative sales discussions and negotiate long-term contracts
✅ Collaborate with Pricing, Operations, Procurement, and Network teams to design customer-centric solutions
✅ Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to implementation and account growth
💼 What We're Looking For:
• 3-8 years of Business Development experience
• Minimum 3 years in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or Supply Chain industry
• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Proven track record of customer acquisition and revenue growth
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• MBA / Sales & Marketing specialization preferred
