The Director of Sales – AI Frontier Labs will drive commercial growth by building strategic relationships with leading AI research organizations and frontier model developers. This role combines new business development with account expansion, helping clients solve complex machine learning challenges through high-quality data and AI training solutions. You will lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pipeline development to negotiations, closing, renewals, and account growth. Working closely with engineering, delivery, and customer success teams, you will translate client needs into scalable solutions that support advanced AI development. In a rapidly evolving market, you will help shape go-to-market strategy, strengthen commercial operations, and identify emerging opportunities.
