The Senior Manager of Commercial Systems will own and evolve the technology ecosystem that powers commercial operations and revenue growth. This role oversees a connected suite of platforms spanning CRM, marketing automation, conversation intelligence, data enrichment, and deal execution. You will transform business needs into scalable systems, streamlined workflows, and reliable integrations across the entire customer lifecycle. A key focus will be leveraging AI to reduce manual work, improve operational efficiency, and continuously enhance how commercial teams operate. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Client Success, you will shape the systems roadmap and deliver measurable business impact.
