Role Description This is a full-time Senior Engineer role based in Dadri, offered in a hybrid format that allows some work-from-home flexibility. The Senior Engineer will oversee planning, design, and execution of infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with technical standards, safety regulations, and client specifications. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing engineering drawings, coordinating with site teams and contractors, monitoring project progress, and resolving technical issues that arise during construction. The role will involve preparing reports and documentation, optimizing resources and schedules, and supporting cost control and quality assurance activities. The Senior Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide technical guidance to junior staff, and help drive continuous improvement in project delivery.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong applied engineering skills, with the ability to interpret and develop technical drawings, specifications, and calculations.
Candidates should possess project coordination and management skills, including planning, scheduling, and overseeing site activities to meet timelines and quality standards.
Candidates should possess problem-solving and analytical skills, with experience identifying risks, proposing practical solutions, and making data-informed decisions.
Candidates should possess communication and collaboration skills, including clear reporting, stakeholder management, and effective teamwork with multidisciplinary groups.
Candidates should possess familiarity with relevant safety regulations, construction codes, and industry best practices in infrastructure projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline; advanced qualifications or professional certifications are an advantage.
Several years of experience in infrastructure or construction projects in a senior or lead engineering capacity.
Comfort working in a hybrid environment, with readiness to be present on-site in Dadri as project needs require.
